The team provides also regular advice on redundancy and voluntary departure plans and assists its clients in the information and consultation processes of employees’ representative bodies.
The team also deals with departure of top management/executive and corporate officers, compensation plans, discrimination, equal treatment and health and safety at work as well as in international mobility, working time, employee savings, collective bargaining agreements and on labor and employment matters in the context of acquisitions and sales.
